Dave Sivcovich
Dave Sivcovich has over 30 years’ experience as a CPA and tax accountant providing services to individuals and small businesses. He is also an avid motorcycle rider, scuba instructor, performing musician and bicyclist. Dave has managed his own business for 25+ years which gives him additional insight into small business tax and management issues. Dave is a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia and is a member of the Private Companies Practice Section and the Tax Division of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
John Moroney
John Moroney is a Certified Public Accountant with over 20 years of experience. He specializes in IRS issues including handling audits, settling tax debts and identity fraud. He prepares and reviews all types of tax returns including individual, business, and payroll tax forms.
John is highly involved in the community while serving as a board member for several not for profit organizations. He has lived in the St. Louis area for over 40 years and has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from University of Missouri St. Louis and is a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Dan Moroney
Dan Moroney is a Certified Public Accountant with over 13 years of experience handling all types of individual, business and not for profit tax returns. His experience includes extensive work dealing with the IRS in various situations, as well as performing audits, reviews, and compilations in preparation of financial statements.
Dan has lived in the St. Louis area for over 30 years and is a 2005 graduate of the University of Missouri St. Louis with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and is also a member of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants..
Rachel Frank
Rachel Frank is an Accountant/Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor with over 19 years of experience. She has prepared individual, business and trust returns. Her experience also includes bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax. Rachel has prepared compilations and various miscellaneous state tax forms.
Rachel has lived in the St. Louis area for over 35 years and is a 1996 graduate of Maryville University with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management. Rachel has worked in the private sector of accounting for 8 years and in public accounting for 11 years. Rachel is highly involved in community activities including serving as treasurer for her local church as well as holding various positions within parent/teacher organizations and local Boy Scouts.
Jessica Imhoff
Jessica Imhoff is an Accounting representative with over 7 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax. Jessica prepares individual tax returns as well as compilations and various state tax forms. She has developed outstanding customer service to go along with her experience.
Jessica has lived in the St. Louis area for most of the last 30 years. She attended Southwestern Illinois College for Accounting and Business Management.
Emily Moroney
Emily Moroney is a part-time accounting representative with one year of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax. Emily also prepares individual tax returns and various state tax forms. Emily has lived in the St. Louis area for more than 20 years and is a 2021 graduate of Jefferson College with an Associates in Accounting. She is currently working on a Bachelor of Science in Accounting at Missouri Baptist University before attempting her CPA exam.
Jessica Nash
Jessica Nash is the office manager with more than ten years of experience working in Healthcare Management and Business Management. Jessica is experienced in bookkeeping and payroll and will handle all day-to-day administrative work for the office including billing, accounts receivable/payable and client communication.
